Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house staff while monitoring food quality during chicken marinating, breading, and inspection. Follow the chicken forecast, filter oil to ensure quality standards, and adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety protocols for food preparation areas. Thoroughly clean equipment and uphold overall cleanliness standards for cooking services and dishes. Produce authorized U.S. work documents and follow personal care and hygiene policies. Work nights, weekends, and holidays at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
