Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front of house staff while monitoring food quality during marinating, breading, and inspection of chicken. Follow receipts and the chicken forecast, then filter oil to ensure quality standards. Thoroughly clean equipment and uphold overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for all food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures, including personal care and hygiene requirements. Produce authorized U.S. work documents and meet the 18-year age minimum. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
