Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front of house staff while monitoring food quality for marinating, breading, and inspecting chicken. Follow chicken forecasts, filter oil, and ensure adherence to health, sanitation, and safety standards across food preparation areas. Thoroughly clean equipment and uphold all company policies regarding personal care, hygiene, and authorized work documents. Work nights, weekends, and holidays at a rate of $14.00/hour.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
