Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front of house staff while monitoring food quality during marinating, breading, and inspection of chicken. Follow the chicken forecast and adhere to all health, sanitation, and safety standards, including oil filtration and thorough equipment cleaning. Produce authorized U.S. work documents and maintain overall cleanliness in food preparation areas. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies
- Must be able to produce authorized U.S. work documents
