Job Summary
Maintain verbal communication with front-of-house staff while monitoring food quality and ensuring proper inspection of chicken. Marinate and bread chicken, follow forecasts, and filter oil to meet quality standards. Follow receipts, clean equipment, and uphold health, sanitation, and safety protocols across food preparation areas. Adhere to all safety rules, policies, and procedures. Must be 18 or older with ability to lift 50 lbs and stand long periods. Flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays.
