Job Summary
Cook for hotel food-and-beverage outlets; plan, prep, and set up production; ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored; coordinate with kitchen staff for a smooth workflow; adhere to HACCP and safety/sanitation guidelines; contribute ideas for new menu items and maintain high standards of quality and presentation; train staff as directed; handle labeling and rotation of prepared products; expect evening shifts with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; on-site operation in Las Vegas.
Required Qualifications
- Prior cooking experience required
