Job Summary
Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes according to The Curious Cafe standards. Handle food, determine portion sizes, estimate requirements, check inventory levels, and monitor supply orders. Inspect kitchen and food service areas. Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment. Conduct principal set-up and break-down of kitchen and cleaning duties. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Cook required; High School completion mandatory. Pizza forno experience is an asset. Workplace language is English.
