Job Summary
Prepares menu items according to company policies and performance standards, maintains food costs and kitchen cleanliness, and follows recipes, safety and sanitation procedures. Responsible for accurate portioning, proper storage, FIFO usage, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Works under Kitchen Manager or Manager on Duty, assisting with line prep, stocking, equipment cleaning, and teamwork to deliver quality meals and maintain a clean, safe kitchen environment. Must be able to stand for long periods, work irregular hours during busy times, and communicate clearly; prior experience not required.
