Job Summary
Cook role responsible for preparing menu items according to company standards and procedures, maintaining kitchen equipment, temperatures and hygiene to ensure guest satisfaction. Duties include stocking and rotating products, understanding station-specific prep procedures, communicating with the Manager on Duty and team to address deficiencies, and adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. The role requires physical mobility, ability to work irregular hours during peak times, and strong collaboration with Kitchen Manager/Manager on Duty to deliver quality servings and a positive work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Basic skills such as sanitation, safety, and customer service taught through in-house training
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must have high level of mobility/flexibility
- Must be able to work irregular hours under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
- Must possess high level of coordination
- Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
- Requires frequent reaching, bending, pushing and pulling
- Exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
- Requires continual standing and walking
