Job Summary
Prepare nutritious meals for residents by following dietary procedures, operating kitchen equipment safely, and establishing the food production line to ensure timely service. Serve high-quality, flavorful dishes with positive interactions while maintaining established policies and regulations. Lift up to 50 lbs in this standing position requiring extended periods on your feet. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of dietary experience
- Must have knowledge of dietary procedures, as well as related laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to food service operations
- Must possess leadership ability and willingness to work harmoniously with and supervise professional and non-professional personnel
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to operate all kitchen equipment safely and effectively
Desired Qualifications
