Job Summary
Cook at a senior living community responsible for efficient, timely, and friendly dining service; reads and follows recipes to ensure consistent quality; prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner; assists in meeting resident dining expectations; knowledge of dietary needs and presentation; capability to work well with a team, communicate effectively, and adhere to food safety and sanitation procedures; applies short-order cooking skills and participates in stock rotation with the Food Service Director.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of cooking experience (some short order cooking)
- Serv-Safe certification, or willing to obtain upon hire
