Complete all assigned prep work, set up the cook station, and maintain product presentations and quality standards. Prepare menu items according to company recipes and specifications while verifying stock, cleaning equipment, and maintaining a clean work area. Use knives and food preparation equipment while standing and exerting mobility for periods up to 10 hours. The role requires good communication skills and the ability to lift 25-70 pounds.
