Job Summary
Prepare food orders for the restaurant and ensure smooth kitchen operations by preparing, slicing, and chopping meat, cheese, and other food products according to written orders. Communicate professionally with servers, order necessary food and related items, and maintain work areas in a sanitized, orderly manner compliant with state health and safety regulations. Ensure all kitchen appliances are cleaned and turned off at the end of each day while maintaining food product inventory and reporting any health or safety concerns to management.
