Job Summary
Cook in a part-time role at Zaxby’s responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to standard, assembling orders, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen, and assisting with inventory and front-of-house support. Duties include receiving and stocking supplies, following food safety procedures, and maintaining equipment and work areas while delivering friendly, enthusiastic service and adhering to brand standards. The position offers flexible scheduling, paid training, meal discounts, and benefits; must be 16+ with 9–28 hours/week availability. Training programs and opportunities for advancement are provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Available to work 9 to 28 hours per week
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to safely operate restaurant equipment (knives, fryers, etc.) and follow safety guidelines
