Job Summary
Cook for The Blake at Lafayette. Primary responsibilities include prepping, planning, and cooking meals according to established menus; maintaining kitchen standards for safety, hygiene, and teamwork; stocking supplies; and preparing food that meets hospitality and service standards. Flexible to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends. Education/experience requirements include a High School Diploma or GED equivalent; culinary training (trade school/associate/bachelor’s degree) preferred; 2 years of related culinary experience; and good knife skills. Familiarity with therapeutic/modified diets is preferred; must be self-motivated and creative in culinary experience. Equal Opportunity Employer.
