Job Summary
Prepare meals using standardized recipes and established menus to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency. Ensure meals are served at proper temperatures with attention to taste, texture, and presentation. Follow all dietary guidelines, including modified textures and allergen requirements. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with policies and best practices. Assist with receiving, inspecting, and storing deliveries. Communicate with team members to support smooth kitchen operations and meet resident needs. Help create a respectful, welcoming dining experience that supports resident dignity and satisfaction. Required Qualifications
