Job Summary
Prepare meals per menu and diet policies, including special diets; identify menu errors and communicate changes to culinary leadership. Properly store, date, and rotate food per guidelines; follow kitchen cleaning schedules; relate to residents courteously; maintain a safe and clean environment; operate with a working knowledge of the community paging system. Adhere to uniform and dress policies; perform related duties as assigned; demonstrate strong teamwork, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced setting. Must hold CPR/First Aid certification, pass background checks and drug screening, and be willing to participate in required trainings; able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the duration of the shift.
