Job Summary
Responsible for ongoing meal production and timely meal service; test new recipes; clean the kitchen and organize deliveries; assist with kitchen inspections to ensure safety and sanitation; inspect storage areas for proper temperatures and cleanliness; provide direction to cook-aides and dish-aides as needed; demonstrate excellent communication and a great attitude while delivering prompt, efficient, and courteous service.
Required Qualifications
- One year of cooking experience in a high-volume environment is preferred
- Food Handler's Permit required
- High School diploma
- Minimum 18 years of age
