Job Summary
Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents in a part-time role, following federal, state, and local standards and Benchmark policies. Operate kitchen equipment (meat slicer, food processor, mixers, ovens, grills, steamers, dishwasher, dumb waiter, warmer cabinets) and assist in establishing a timely food production line while maintaining high-quality presentation and flavorful meals. Represent the community with a positive attitude when interacting with residents and families. Schedule includes Friday and Saturday from 1pm to 7pm. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, culinary arts training preferred, 2 years of dietary experience, knowledge of dietary procedures and related laws, leadership ability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
