Job Summary
Chop, portion, and marinate ingredients while assisting with dish assembly, garnishing, and plating. Support line cooks during service hours by responding promptly to kitchen needs and maintaining portion control and serving temperatures for concession stand products. Clean, stock, and restock workstations and displays, ensuring all areas, equipment, and floors meet sanitation, health, and safety standards. Maintain a valid food handling certificate and demonstrate excellent attendance. Earn $17.00-$17.50 hourly with 401(k) matching benefits in this part-time role at Benchmark International Arena.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of kitchen or prep experience, or recent graduate of a culinary program
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
- Receptive to feedback and able to follow instructions
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance
- Possess a valid food handling certificate if required by state and federal regulations
