Job Summary
Cook in Accura HealthCare of Stanton’s dining services team focusing on preparing nutritious resident meals with attention to quality, appearance, and sanitation. Responsibilities include following residents’ care plans, interacting professionally with residents and families, and ensuring meal service aligns with the facility’s standards. Part-time role with Thursday shifts and alternating weekend schedule (6am-2pm).
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience serving within the restaurant industry and/or in a customer service role. Experience as a Cook within a healthcare setting is highly desired.
- Ability to read and understand directions.
- Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents’ families, and employees.
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
