Job Summary
Prepare nutritious and well-presented food for retail, bakery, catering, patient services, and coffee kiosks following approved recipe guidelines. Ensure excellence in food appearance and quality while complying with all HACCP guidelines under the direction of the Nutrition Services manager and Supervisor. This role may require working at any/all Parkview entities. Complete the entire Nutrition Services Career Path to earn an additional $3.50 per hour. Maintain excellent verbal and written communication skills while demonstrating the ability to multi-task and work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task and work independently using critical thinking skills
- Ability to perform the physical demands of frequent standing, walking, stooping and bending
- Must be available to work at any/all Parkview entities
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year related work experience
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hospitality services
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer services
- Minimum of 1 year experience in general labor
- Previous experience in nutritional services in a medical or hospital setting
