Job Summary
As a Team Member at the Clyde, OH travel plaza, provide exceptional customer service, thoroughly clean & stock, process payments accurately using the POS, and perform a variety of duties to assist in meeting customers’ needs. Responsibilities include serving food, handling cash, following food safety procedures, stocking and rotating inventory, preparing and packaging food, maintaining clean and sanitized workstations, and contributing to product knowledge and brand standards. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Shared emphasis on friendly interactions, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
- Frequently bend, twist, lift and carry at least 40 pounds
- Speaks, reads, and comprehends instructions and policy documents
- Available to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
