Cook at Panda Express within Applegreen locations. Responsibilities include preparing all Panda Express entrées and side dishes according to established brand standard recipes, ensuring flavor, color, and aroma meet Panda Express standards, maintaining food safety and cleanliness, and supporting Back of House and Front of House operations. The role involves cross-training to perform FOH duties, managing inventory and vendor orders as needed, applying knowledge of Chinese cuisine and cooking utensils, and assisting managers with training, scheduling, and guidance of staff.
