Cook - Overlook Grill - The Cosmopolitan

Cook at The Cosmopolitan's Overlook Grill who will apply culinary techniques, maintain knowledge of sauces, stocks and soups, properly label and date products, restock supplies, assist leadership, and contribute to a team-focused guest experience. Role requires solid plate presentation, knowledge of menu items, and ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Starting hourly rate is $23.6747 and prior resort-cook experience (2+ years preferred; 1+ years preferred) is desired.
