Cook

Cook position duties include preparing food for the restaurant, banquets, and special functions at a high quality; properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items, rotate stock to minimize waste, maintain cleanliness of food prep areas, assist with ordering supplies, set up hot and cold line stations, communicate guest requests to supervisors, report hazards, follow safety rules and equipment handling, and participate in cross-training. Must have knowledge of restaurant operations, health and safety regulations, and the ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing; you should be able to work under pressure, promote a positive team environment, and physically manage standing, lifting, and other demands.
