Job Summary
As a Culinary Team Member, you will prepare food items in alignment with Corporate recipes and established standards, collaborating with the Kitchen Manager and Lead Cook to uphold the menu and exceed guest service expectations. You will follow defined recipes and Safe Food Handling procedures, complete required food and safety logs, and obtain ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification as per policy. The role requires a positive, can-do attitude, adaptability to a variety of shifts (day/night/weekend/holiday), and adherence to ISO management systems and Health and Safety standards. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, operate near others, and lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Employee housing is available and the position supports a hospitality-focused guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe or State Food Handler Certification required
- Knowledge of food preparation and sanitation
- Experience in fast-paced kitchen environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts and lift 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Familiarity with ISO/Health and Safety standards
