Job Summary
Cook on-call in two Cassia communities, Apple Valley Health Care Center and Apple Valley Villa, responsible for preparing meals per recipes, ensuring quality and safety standards, cross-training between buildings, observing stock levels and changes in resident condition, and participating in required trainings. Must have 1+ year commercial cooking experience, ability to read recipes, stand for long shifts, and pass background checks; baking and dining/serving experience are pluses. The role emphasizes fast-paced food service, nutrition-focused meal preparation, adherence to government and company sanitation requirements, and contribution to a supportive culinary team.
