Job Summary
Seeking cooks for a full scratch-kitchen within a senior living community. Responsibilities include cooking with seasonal menus, preparing and presenting dishes, maintaining food quality and safety, and engaging in in-person interactions with residents and guests. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience on a fast-paced line or as a prep cook, can execute dishes timely, communicate well with staff, and are passionate about delivering exceptional food experiences. Must pass background checks and health screenings, and comply with health and PPE protocols in place to ensure resident safety.
Required Qualifications
- Line cook experience in a Full Scratch Kitchen or Restaurant
- 2 to 5 years experience on a fast-paced line, or working a prep cook line station
- Ability to execute flawless dishes in a timely manner
- Ability to communicate with a friendly demeanor to all staff
- Passionate about service to others and creating exceptional food experiences
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
