Job Summary
Cook at American Golf Corporation, responsible for seasoning and preparing items per preset recipes, setting up plating lines, arranging prepared items aesthetically, managing portions and garnishes, regulating temperatures on broilers/grills/roasters, washing and preparing ingredients, tasting and evaluating food, labeling for freshness, and maintaining quality standards; follow national/state/local safety, health, and sanitation guidelines; perform related duties. Requires experience in a bustling, fast-paced restaurant setting, English fluency, High School diploma or GED, and a Food Handlers Card. Must be able to multitask, prioritize, manage time, memorize complex orders, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
