Direct food preparation for therapeutic diets as prescribed by the Dietitian or Medical Department, taste all food before serving, and maintain accurate production records and temperature logs. Manage inventory by determining food and supply needs, coordinate production schedules with meal serving hours, and keep assigned workstations sanitary. Maintain personal hygiene, comply with dress codes, attend assigned training sessions, and report to work as scheduled.
