Job Summary

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- First aid
- CPR
- Emergency behavior intervention
- 6 months related experience and/or training
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks
- Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request
- Ability to: Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics; provide excellent customer service; maintain personal hygiene; work in a fast-paced environment; maintain computer literacy; distinguish small details; work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Compass Connections policies and procedures
- Vaccination policy: annual Influenza vaccination or approved exemption as medical/religious accommodation
