Job Summary
Cook to prepare and cook menu items, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, follow food safety and sanitation guidelines, and collaborate with the Executive Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to menu planning, assist with inventory and ordering, and help create a positive, efficient kitchen environment. Pre-employment hair follicle drug screening and standing for extended periods are part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License
- Previous kitchen or cooking experience
- Scheduling flexibility
