Job Summary
Prepare and cook menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Follow all sanitation guidelines, work closely with the Executive Sous Chef to support daily operations, and contribute to menu planning. Assist with inventory and ordering to help create an efficient kitchen environment. This role requires standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a busy kitchen. Candidates must have previous cooking experience, a Washington State Food Handler's Card, and the ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
