Provide restaurant-style dining while supporting the use of whole, fresh, local, and sustainable products. Order supplies, prepare food items, ensure proper food safety and sanitation standards are met, and maintain cooler and freeze stocks. Collaborate within a fast-paced, team-oriented, high-volume environment to deliver a quality product and exceptional experience for patients, staff, families, and visitors.
Required Qualifications
- Current Washington State Food Handler's Card
- Minimum two (2) years cooking experience in casual to fine dining, hotels or healthcare line cook
