Job Summary
Cook to work at Middlebrook Pike location. Responsibilities include preparing products for the Window, Grill, Salad, and Fry stations, maintaining accurate product temperatures, keeping a clean and sanitary kitchen, ensuring equipment functions properly, assembling ingredients per menu specifications, quickly and efficiently executing tasks, and becoming familiar with new menu items and specials. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance), and follow recipes with attention to temperature, cleanliness, and safety.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and more on occasion (with assistance)
- Position requires standing, bending, and walking the entire workday
- Prefer kitchen line experience
- Must be able to use a digital scale and thermometer
- Demonstrate the ability to follow recipes
- Smiles easily and often
- Math skills and understanding of basic conversions
