Job Summary
Line and prep cooks needed for a busy commercial kitchen in a café/operations setting. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting meals following Executive Chef menus, inventory and portion control, assisting across kitchen roles (prep, dish room, dry stock, perishable inventories), and sanitation. Opportunities for growth; training available for the right candidate with a passion for food. Weekend and rotating shifts required; cross-training in every position beyond cooking; collaborative, low-stress team environment. Background checks and drug screening are part of on-boarding. Daily Pay is available as an optional benefit.
