Job Summary
Operate the fry station during high-volume meal service and assist with daily food preparation and kitchen production. Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, preparing and presenting delicious meals following the Executive Chef Menus. Manage inventory and portioning for line and prep cooks, including dish room, dry stock, and perishable food inventories. Monday through Friday daylight schedule with holidays, weekends, and summers off. Comprehensive background and drug screening required.

- Experience in the Contract Dining Services Industry
- Experience as a cook
- Culinary schooling
- Experience in a Food Service setting such as Hospital, School, or College
- Ability to apply elementary mathematical statistics that would apply to inventory and portioning

- Able to work and thrive in a team environment
- Brings a SMILE and strong work ethic to the TEAM
- Ability to inventory and portion ingredients
