Job Summary
Cook at Meriwether Godsey is responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of daily meals and special events for a boarding and day school (grades 9-12) in Newtown, PA. Duties include batch-cooking from recipes, maintaining food safety and sanitation, recording temperatures and production data, organizing storage areas, participating in daily production meetings, and adapting methods to ensure high-quality service. Requires ability to pass FBI background check, ServSafe certification or ability to obtain within 6 months, and a High School diploma or equivalent; prior high-volume school dining experience is preferred.
