Job Summary
Prepare, cook, and present food to order while adhering to established company standards and safe food handling principles. Complete assigned prep work, store and rotate stock, and clean, sanitize, and organize the work area. Assist service assistants periodically. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, able to move up to 50 lbs, and possess sufficient mobility to operate in the work area. Basic math skills and an understanding of units of measure are required, along with compliance with all state, county, or municipal regulations regarding health risk concerns about food handling.
