Job Summary
Experienced cook needed to prep, cook, and arrange food in a well-organized kitchen. Responsibilities include maintaining a sanitized work area, preparing workstations and equipment, checking ingredient quality, using various culinary techniques, presenting appealing dishes, and managing stock and ingredient orders. Must have prior cooking experience, be able to multitask, follow sanitation procedures, and demonstrate teamwork and strong communication. A high school diploma is required; culinary-school diploma is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential to deliver exceptional service.
