Job Summary
Cook needed for Masonic Village Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center to perform food preparation and meal-service duties in a 121-bed Sub-Acute/Long-Term Care setting. Responsibilities include reviewing menus/production guides, preparing items per recipes in a sanitary manner, using a wide range of kitchen equipment, following recipes, assisting with special function meals, ensuring food safety, and providing nutritionally appropriate substitutions as required. Part-Time role with weekend hours (10:30 AM–7 PM); benefits include tuition reimbursement, health/vision/dental, 401(k) with match, and employee programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma preferred.
- Prior work experience with food preparation a plus.
