Job Summary
Cook at JW Marriott Chicago with Rouxbe online culinary training. Responsibilities include preparing ingredients (portioning, chopping, storing), washing/peeling produce, weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients; cooking according to recipes and quality standards; operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; testing for doneness and monitoring food quality; setting up/breaking down stations; serving portions; sanitizing kitchen areas and equipment; following safety procedures and policies; maintaining professional communication and teamwork; and participating in training programs with Rouxbe to grow culinary skills.
Required Qualifications
