Prepare ingredients and portion, chop, cook foods according to recipes and quality standards; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; prepare cold foods; test for doneness; monitor food quality; set up and break down work station; serve food in proper portions; maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen area; follow safety policies and report maintenance or safety issues; maintain professional communication and positive relationships with team; stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds; Marriott International location in Goa, India.
