Job Summary
Prepare ingredients for cooking, portion and cook according to recipes, quality and presentation standards; prepare and cook foods including cold items; operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; test and monitor doneness and quality, and set up/break down workstation. Maintain cleanliness and safety of kitchen area, follow policies, communicate professionally, build positive relationships, and assist team to meet goals. Stand or walk for extended periods, handle objects up to 25 pounds, and perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
