Job Summary
Cook responsible for prepping meals by weighing, measuring, and mixing ingredients per restaurant recipes; check ingredients for freshness; arrange and garnish dishes; ensure kitchen, equipment, and utensils are clean, and maintain general kitchen cleanliness. Requires prior food/beverage experience and ability to obtain food handler certification; flexible weekend/holiday schedule during busy season; able to lift up to 30 pounds; willingness to swim or wear flotation device in emergencies as needed; capable of repetitive hand and arm movements.
