Job Summary
Cook role responsible for food preparation under the direction of the Executive and Sous Chefs. Prepare foods using dry heat, moist heat, and combination cooking; follow recipes; set up and stock workstations; clean and sanitize cooking equipment. Requires ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen serving seniors, with emphasis on quality nutrition. Must be able to work with budgets, manage ordering, menus, inventory, and spend-down; schedule ends by 7 pm. Ideal candidate has cooking experience and customer service skills; high school diploma preferred and a culinary arts certificate preferred. Location: Lawrenceville, GA.
