Job Summary
Line Cook at Luna Grill: Prepare, cook, and plate menu items per Luna Grill recipes and standards; maintain a clean, organized workstation; operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely; support prep, stocking, and closing duties; ensure food quality and sanitation; communicate effectively with team to keep service running smoothly; contribute to a team-focused, fast-paced kitchen while adhering to safety and recipe standards. Requires 1+ year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual setting, knowledge of food safety practices, and ability to work with a team under pressure. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; 18+ years old. E-Verify participation noted by employer.
