Prepare, cook, and plate menu items according to recipes and portion standards while operating grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely. Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure food quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met at all times. Support the kitchen team with prep, stocking, closing duties, dishwashing, and maintenance tasks as needed. Communicate effectively with leadership to keep service running smoothly. Requires minimum one year kitchen experience, strong understanding of food prep and safety practices, and must be 18 years or older. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Located in California, Texas, and Arizona with hourly pay ranging from $13.50 to $22.00 depending on location and tips.
