Job Summary
Line Cook responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating Luna Grill menu items to Luna Grill recipes and standards; maintain a clean, organized workstation; operate grills, fryers, ovens, and other kitchen equipment safely; uphold food safety and sanitation; assist with prep, stocking, and closing duties; communicate effectively with the team and leadership to keep service running smoothly; 1 year kitchen experience in high-volume/fast-casual environment preferred; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; E-Verify participant; equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year kitchen experience in a high-volume or fast-casual environment required
- Strong understanding of food prep, portion control, and recipe consistency
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation best practices
